I started capoeira two years ago and have never looked back. After ten years of taekwondo this was the perfect way to stay fit, strong and flexible when I started university. Cascao is a very capable teacher who has lots of time for everyone and is always very welcoming with beginners. I would highly recommend capoeira if you want to learn a martial art that encourages respect, humility and a sense of community between members.
