The game,culture and martial art known as capoeira has changed my life, giving me confidence and the strength to carry out what my mind imagines. It has has provided a method to connect to countless people and communities around the world leading to many exciting adventures! The instructors in this fine city are some of the most talented individuals i've had the pleasure to train with and out right positive inspirations. If you get the chance to train with them then do it as it will make you a stronger person and i don't just mean in the physical sense...
