Stompers alert! you only have 1 WEEK to return shoes if you want a full refund. Otherwise expect a credit note only valid for a year. I only found this out when after 2 weeks I wanted to return a pair of sandals I bought for my child. The shop assistant didn't mention this at the time, only that the sandals could be tried at home with a pair of socks on!
