I have made a few purchases from this store, unfortunately we lost a couple of pieces and I contacted the maufacturer as I presumed it to be a design fault and in no way anything to do with the store. The manufacturers were incredibly unhelpful and told me to go to the store, this I did and have to say their customer service was exceptional. They replaced the pieces. If I have any jewellery requirements in the future, this is the place where I will go because of their customer service.
