Terry called today for the second time to clean my windows and i am so impressed with his standard of work. Lovely to see clean sparkling windows and clean window sills and doors. Lovely pleasant man and always on time. I would recommend Terry to anyone and so nice to have a traditional window cleaner as i have tried others that use the poles and wasnt impressed with them at all.

More and more, lately, I'm hearing from new customers that what they like about our service is the fact that we clean windows the traditional way. They've had other window cleaners who've used the water-fed-pole system, and they weren't happy with the results. Far be it from me to slate others in the same industry as me -- 99% of other window cleaners I've met have been a very friendly bunch -- but what the customer wants has to be the most important aspect here. Personally, I believe that you have to be up close to the window, cleaning it by hand, to be able to give it the appropriate attention the job deserves.
