WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
AVOID - THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT DESERVE ANY CUSTOMERS
The guy told me to hurry up as he wanted to close the store (at 5.20) so before they where even due to close. Was abrupt, rude and not helpful when asked questions. As I left he slammed the door behind me as he wanted to close. Others outside where shocked

Absolutely distraught as the man behind the counter asked me if as a mom I’ve ever heard of a muzzle for my five year old daughter.
The products are fantastic, the price is superb but the staff needs a brush up. I tried to give the shop another try but upon leaving the “wife” of the husband who suggested the muzzle previously advised me to have a safe flight back to my country as if insinuating we aren’t welcome at the shop because I have a little one. I never mentioned “returning” home to my country. As a I left the woman rolled her eyes and grunted. As if she wasn’t insanely frustrated.
I am beyond upset!
What bothers me even more is reading other reviews of the same thing happening to others!
Moms shop! Rather then having all those purses crammed in the corner park a two seat kids set! I bet moms would spend more time and money! It’s really too bad because I purchased quite a few lovely pieces but if one is burnt out and rather irritated with its customers or what they have in tow perhaps it’s time to hire and train people who will welcome us with open arms!

We found this little boutique full of unusual designed clothes at a reasonable price also found the gentleman and lady friendly and helpful hence buying four garments on our first visit to this shop will be going again on our next visit to norwich

i went in there today and bought 2 jumpers,i love this shop been many many times and the staff are so nice and friendly. very good prices and unusually clothers which is what i really like.

fantastic shop, the shop workers were amazing, kind and helpful, lovely dresses, I bought 2 dresses and belt really cheap as well as a bracelet that looks like a slake bracelet by Swarovski really sparkly and cheap- great shop- will return :D
its strange to see the bad comments as before and I can understand a shop keeper asking someone to leave if they can not keep control of their own child.

Lovely clothes..good prices and lovely people..reading the other reviews I find it hard to believe what's been said..iv shopped here for many years and never come across any rudeness of any kind....we all have bad days and are only human....

Good reasonably priced clothes but the owner could do with some lessons in customer care...grumpy,off hand and not very helpful. Looks fed up most of the time and couldn't be bothered!

I would give the shop a big fat zero if this review site would allow me to. My mother and I with my 3 year old daughter visited the store with the sole intention of buying holiday dresses. On entry the male work looked put out by the entry of a child in his shop. I won't pretend my daughter is a saint as she kissed his precious mirror but she was well behaved and asking questions and looking through the clothes telling us what she liked. The man in question asked us to leave as she didn't sit quietly but was acting like a normal interested child. He was offensive, rude and upset us all by his behaviour and language. He cost himself a lot of money today as we happily left empty handed. Other customers looked at him bemused and even commented to me he was overreacting. I believe he thinks this shop is a boutique rivalling harrows not the mainstream high street shop it is. Avoid at all costs that mum's and children are not welcome. Spend your money with better customer service.

What a peace of class, reminds me of Paul Smith,s when he first started in Nottingham , just one small outlet - the rest is history.
This shop is a total gem for Norwich , i will be back very soon to purchase further items of class

This shop is a little treasure. there is always something different here and there is no pressure sales only friendly staff. The goods are reasonably priced and good quality. We always pop in when shopping.
